Guarantees
We guarantee LIVE arrival for all fish/coral/inverts. However, everybodies aquarium is different.
Fish and Inverts are sold "AS IS" with no warranty beyond live arrival.
Fish are shipped with O2. However, we strongly recommend quarantining the fish
for at least one week due to the stress of shipping. The added stress of being placed into
a new aquarium with potentially territorial tank mates will further stress them. We also
recommend drip acclimating them.
Corals are sold with a 7-day Guarantee. We recommend drip acclimating them, also.

DOA/Carrier Damage Claims
If your item(s) arrive dead, if the box is damaged (or both) DO NOT REFUSE IT. For refund, we will need the following from you immediately within 4 hours:
*Time of arrival
* Pictures of EVERYTHING
* Unopened box
** Opened box with contents still in it.
*** Corals/fish/inverts in unopened bag.
Failure to comply with our DOA conditions set, you are releasing any and all responsibility of BlueWaterTropicals for credit and or refunds for your order.
ALL Shipping costs are the customers responsibility if the order total does not qualify for free shipping.
Corals that arrive with loss of color or damaged do not classify as DOA.

Discounts and Gift Certificates
Discount percentages come off of REGULAR prices. Free Shipping is based on order total AFTER all discounts and credits have been applied.
Gift Certificates come off order totals and if it lowers the total less than advertised Free Shipping total, then you must either add more to your total to reach that mark or pay our Flat Rate of $50 shipping.

Free Shipping Gift Certificates are just that, free shipping regardless of order total.

We are NOT responsible for carrier delays or "Acts of God" However, we will work with our customers to help make things right.
